A step-by-step guide for ordering online at shop.raildude.com

1 Select the ticket or rail pass you want to purchase.
The easiest way to buy a ticket is to go to following links. There you will get the direct links to the product categories of the Raildude shop.

Information: some reservations might be marked as Eurail reservations. But they are valid for ALL rail passes: Eurail AND InterRail!

2 At the top right corner select the country of delivery in which you want your order to be sent. The system automatically selects the country you are in now. Sometimes the country of delivery has to be another country, though.

3 Select your date of travel.

4 Select the type of ticket or rail pass you want to purchase.

5 Passenger Mix: enter the age of the travelers. Select "non-adult" travelers if you want to purchase YOUTH or SENIOR tickets/rail passes.

6 Select the Rail Safeguard Plan if you like.

7 Coupon Code: no need to fill in anything except you own a special coupon code to get a discount.

8 Click the NEXT button to go on.

9 Select the ticket or rail pass you want. YOUTH tickets are marked with the word YOUTH.

10 Add the ticket or rail pass to the cart.

11 Proceed to Checkout if you want to pay. Or Continue Shopping other rail passes or tickets.

12 Fill in your personal data.
Beside your name you have to select your country of residence.
Example for Non-Europeans: if you have lived in an European country during the past six months and you are allowed to travel by InterRail, enter the country you have lived in during the past six months (or longer), not the country stated in your passport.
Passport number: if you own a European ID-card, which is accepted in the countries you will travel in, you don't need a passport. Fill in your ID-card number.
The e-mail address is important to have your order confirmation sent to you.

13 Select the shipping and processing details. The binding information for your order is the information you can see here.

14 Proceed to the payment and fill in your credit card details.
